If I pick up and return in the same day do I get a discount?At A & L Rentals, we unfortunately do not offer a discount for same-day pick up and return. Our prices are based on the specific rental duration and the type of equipment or item being rented. However, we do offer competitive pricing and strive to provide the best value for our customers. What are your open hours?A & L Rentals is open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and on Sundays from 2:00 PM to 7:30 PM. Our extended hours on weekdays and Sunday availability make it convenient for our customers to access our rental services, whether they need equipment for a weekday project or a weekend event. We strive to provide flexible hours to accommodate the diverse needs of our customers and ensure they have access to the rental equipment they require.

When does my time start with the equipment?At A & L Rentals, our day rate begins as soon as you take possession of the rental item. This means that if you pick up a piece of equipment at 2 pm on Monday, your day rate will start from that time and continue through the same time on Tuesday. We believe in transparent and fair pricing for our customers, so you can rest assured that you will only be charged for the actual duration you use our equipment. What if I don't top off my unit with fuel?A: At A & L Rentals, we require all of our equipment to be returned with a full tank of fuel. If a unit is not returned with a full tank, we will charge a refueling fee to cover the cost of refilling the tank. We believe in being fair to all of our customers, which is why we ask that you take the time to ensure the equipment is returned in the same condition it was rented. This policy allows us to maintain the quality of our equipment and continue providing excellent service to all of our customers. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What if I keep the rental item longer than 4 hours?At A & L Rentals, we understand that sometimes unexpected situations arise, and you may need to keep the rental item longer than initially planned. In the event that you need to extend your rental period beyond 4 hours, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible to discuss the situation. We strive to accommodate our customers' needs whenever possible, and we will work with you to find a solution that meets your requirements. Depending on the availability of the item and our rental schedule, we may be able to extend your rental period for an additional fee. It's important to communicate any changes in your rental plans with us to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. Where do I pick up?At A & L Rentals, we have multiple convenient pick-up locations for our customers. You can pick up your rental equipment at our Independence location, 915 Dickinson Road Independence Missouri, or our Lee's Summit location 2533 SW Kristin Dr Lee's Summit Missouri. Additionally, we offer the option for delivery for all items to your specified location for a small fee. When you place your rental order, simply let us know your preferred pick-up location or inquire about delivery options, and our friendly staff will ensure you receive your equipment in the most convenient way for you.
